Throughout my current research on Estate Planning, it is evident that this topic pertains to anyone and everyone. No matter your social status, estate planning is important. Especially in hard economic times of today, leaving assets to your loved ones can make a difference. Creating a will may be a situation you may never want to be in, or are scared of, but estate planning can ensure that your money and assets are used in ways you wish.
